Please hand in the following registration documents at the agreed admission appointment:

• Completed survey form (distributed by the elementary school)
• School report of the fourth grade in original and copy
• Registration form in original and copy
• Registration form (completed)
• one stamp (value: 0.80 Euro) without envelope or 0.80 Euro
