As part of the 18th VCÖ project competition, the pupils of laboratory class 3G presented “From phlogiston to oxygen” on April 24, 2025. They took the audience on a fascinating journey through the history of the discovery of oxygen.
To illustrate the individual stages of this scientific history, the pupils met personalities closely associated with the discovery of the element oxygen on their journeys into the past.
The audience responded enthusiastically and rewarded the students with applause for their creative implementation, their theoretical knowledge and the experiments they presented.
