A mobile exhibition with 8 e-cargo bikes has been on the road in Vienna for several months to familiarize citizens with climate issues. Four of these bikes came to our school on Tuesday, September 26, so that our students could also learn what each individual can contribute and what the City of Vienna is already doing.
When we visited the climate wheels at Bernoulli Gymnasium, we learned that it takes 8,000 liters of water to produce a single pair of jeans, how a “sponge city” works and much more.
A big thank you to the cyclists who came to us from the 16th district and to the supervisors who told us lots of interesting things.
