Dear parents!

Your child’s academic success and personal development are very important to us. The parents’ consultation day offers an opportunity to talk briefly with the teachers about your child’s learning progress, performance and state of mind; for more detailed discussions, please make an individual appointment.

on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 15:00 to 19:00.

Lessons end after the fifth period. Lunch and day care are canceled.

New regulation for appointment booking

To make it easier for you to organize the parents’ consultation day and to make it easier to plan, you can book appointments with the teachers.

1. appointment bookings via WebUntis

  • Between Tuesday, 21.11.2023, and Monday, 27.11.2023, you as parents can book an appointment with a teacher via a link on the WebUntis homepage.
  • Appointments can be booked with both the parent and the student account.
  • Appointment bookings are only possible via a browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, MS Edge, Safari, …) via the link https://klio.webuntis.com/WebUntis/?school=bg22-wien#/basic/login or webuntis.com (with subsequent school selection).
  • One appointment lasts five minutes as standard; a maximum of two appointments (i.e. ten minutes) can be booked per pupil and teacher.
  • During the appointment booking period, a support team is available for WebUntis (administration of user data for parents and students, …) at [email protected].
  • You can also see which teachers have issued an interview invitation (“obligatory” or “desired”) in WebUntis via the link directly after the initial screen.

2. appointment bookings via lists

On the consultation day itself, from 2:30 pm, you have the opportunity to enter a free appointment on a list at the teacher’s classroom door. If the consultation cannot be held in German, the parents are responsible for finding a person to translate. This person cannot be a young person. Of course, I will also be happy to help you with your concerns on the consultation day. Our youth coach, Mag.a Jairth, offers counseling for students from the 9th school year onwards who are considering dropping out of school on the parents’ consultation day from 17:00 to 19:00 in the music hall (room MU1). Updated information about the consultation day (list of teachers, room allocation, availability) can be found on the homepage of our school website or via the QR code above from 12:00 on the consultation day.
