Dear parents!
The academic success and personal development of your child are very important to my team of teachers and myself. One opportunity, although not the only one, to discuss this is the parents’ consultation day, when all teachers are available for brief discussions about your child’s learning progress, performance and state of mind.
We cordially invite you to the parents’ consultation day
on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.
Lessons end after the fifth period. Lunchtime supervision and day care are canceled.
The recommended time of 5 minutes per consultation is intended to ensure that as many parents as possible can contact as many teachers as possible and that waiting times remain predictable.
In addition, the teachers are available during their weekly consultation hours (or by individual appointment if required) for detailed discussions on matters concerning your child.
I ask for your understanding that the professors will have a break from 16:50 – 17:10. Our youth coach R. Sergio Tinoco-Lobo is available for counseling sessions on Wednesdays and on the parents’ consultation day from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in room ME2 for students from the ninth grade onwards who are considering dropping out or changing schools.
