Registration for the first and fifth grades

Registration for the first and fifth grades is possible in the second week after the semester break.

Registration outside the registration procedure

Write an e-mail to the secretary’s office with a reason/motivation for the change of school and the following attachments:

  • the last two certificates
  • Registration form

Information about the registration procedure for the 1st classes 2025/26

1. telephone appointment reservation for admission interview

Make an appointment for an admission interview between Wednesday, 8.1.2025, and Tuesday, 14.1.2025, by calling the secretary’s office on 01 203 23 55.

Friday 14.2.2025 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Monday 17.2.2025 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Tuesday 18.2.2025 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Wednesday 19.2.2025 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Thursday 20.2.2025 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Friday 21.2.2025 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Please let us know your intention when booking your appointment:

  • “Standard class”
  • Language class with a focus on English(concept)
  • Sports class(concept)
  • “Digital class”(concept)

2. registration by the legal guardians
At the agreed admission interview date in the 2nd week after the semester break (Friday, 16.2.2024 – Friday, 23.2.2024), the legal guardians – with or without the child – hand in the registration documents on the agreed date:

  • Completed survey form (distributed by the elementary school)
  • School report of the fourth grade in original and copy
  • Registration form in original and copy
  • BernoulliGymnasium registration form (completed)
  • € 1.20 for the reply letter, NO envelope

Please note your interest in a project class on the registration form.

IMPORTANT!
Whether your daughter/son gets a school place does not depend on the time of registration, but is only decided after the registration week. Please note that children who come from the same primary school class cannot necessarily stay together in the same AHS class.

Information about the registration procedure for the 5th grade 2025/26

Make an appointment between Wednesday, 8.1.2025, and Tuesday, 14.1.2025, by calling the office on 01 203 23 55 for an admission interview on Wednesday, 19.2.2025, from 16:00. Between Monday, 10.2.2025, and Friday, 14.2.2025, please send an e-mail to [email protected] in advance

  • the school report from the fourth grade (MS or AHS)
  • a letter of motivation

At the agreed admission interview date on 19.2.2025 , a parent or guardian with a child submits the registration documents:

  • School report of the fourth grade in original and copy
  • Registration form in original and copy
  • Registration form for 5th grade at BernoulliGymnasium (completed)
  • € 1.20 for the reply letter
