Fächerübergreifendes Projekt: Englisch und Geographie
The students of 1A (English class) spent a whole day on studying interesting facts about the tropical rainforest.
Together with Mr. Tönig and Mrs. Mayrhofer the pupils gained an understanding where the rainforests are, the climate there and the rainforest system in general by building up their own ecosystem in a jar. Additionally, they learned about the animals in the rainforest by doing some games, yoga and a research with the help of their tablets. At last, our pupils found out how the indigenous people live and tried some fruits and other food that grows in the rainforest.
